These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the services provided by OMNIX21. By requesting, purchasing or using our services, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms.

2. Our services

OMNIX21 provides artificial intelligence automation, software integrations, custom AI assistants, reporting automation, CRM and sales automation, and custom software development.

The exact scope, deliverables, price and estimated timeline of each project may be confirmed separately before work begins.

3. Orders and project information

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information about your business, systems, objectives and technical requirements. Delays caused by missing information, unavailable access or changes requested after the project begins may affect the delivery timeline.

4. Prices and payment

Prices displayed on the website apply to the services and scope described at the time of purchase. Additional requirements or changes outside the agreed scope may require an additional quotation.

Payment must be completed through the payment method made available during checkout. Work may begin only after the required payment has been successfully received.

5. Delivery and timelines

Delivery times shown on the website are estimates. The actual timeline may depend on project complexity, third-party systems, access to required software, client response times and requested revisions.

We will communicate any material changes to the expected delivery schedule as soon as reasonably possible.

6. Client responsibilities

You agree to:

• provide accurate project information and required access;
• ensure that you are authorised to share all supplied data;
• review deliverables and provide feedback within a reasonable time;
• use the delivered solution in compliance with applicable laws;
• maintain appropriate security for your accounts and credentials.

7. Third-party services

Some solutions may use third-party platforms, APIs, hosting providers or artificial intelligence services. Their availability, pricing, functionality and terms are controlled by the relevant third party.

OMNIX21 is not responsible for interruptions, changes or restrictions introduced by third-party providers.

8. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of the final custom deliverables transfers to the client after full payment. OMNIX21 retains ownership of pre-existing tools, reusable components, development methods, templates and general technical knowledge.

9. Confidentiality

We will treat confidential business and technical information supplied for the project with reasonable care and will use it only for providing the requested services, unless disclosure is required by law.

10. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation and refund eligibility depends on the amount of work already completed, costs already incurred and the nature of the purchased service. Completed work, third-party charges and customised deliverables may be non-refundable.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, OMNIX21 will not be liable for indirect losses, loss of profit, loss of data, business interruption or consequences caused by third-party services.

Our total liability relating to a specific service will not exceed the amount paid for that service, except where a limitation is prohibited by law.

We may update these terms when our services, business practices or legal obligations change. The latest version will be published on this page with its revision date.
